Translation from Japanese: This album is a new work by flutist Christian Artmann, also featuring Laszlo Gardony, who co-starred on a previous album from 2019. Christian’s colorful and expressive flute is beautiful from start to finish. The compatibility with Gardony’s piano is wonderful, and Elena McEntire’s vocals add flair to the album. Artmann found inspiration for this album in a haiku by Issa Kobayashi.
